Reviewing Module work
Last updated
Modules are powerful, but they are not perfect, especially in the first week. You stay in control, and there are several ways to make sure their work meets your standards.
Choose your comfort level
During setup you decide with your Raileon team how much your Modules do on their own.
- Review before it sends: Modules queue actions such as emails for your approval before anything goes out. Social posts are always drafted for you to review and publish yourself — Raileon doesn't post on your behalf yet.
- Run autonomously: Modules act on their own, and you review what they did afterward in the activity log.
To change this preference, ask your Raileon team.
Make corrections
Every action your Module takes is logged in your dashboard. If a queued action doesn't look right, select Reject in your Approvals menu, or tell your Module what to change in Chat. Rejecting doesn't just stop that one send: after a few similar rejections your Module turns the pattern into a standing preference, so the same mistake shows up less over time.
Built-in guardrails
By default, anything a Module sends externally or can't undo is held for your approval before it goes out — nothing external ships on its own. Anything that moves money is always held, and your Raileon team confirms it with you before it goes ahead. When you reject a queued action, that decision becomes a lasting preference your Module remembers on future runs, not just a one-time edit.
