Connect Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar lets your agents check your availability and create calendar events. This is what lets an agent book a meeting with a lead without double-booking you.

What your agents can do

  • Check your availability before proposing or booking a time.
  • Create calendar events for meetings and reminders.
  • Keep scheduling in step with your email and CRM activity.

Before you start

  • Have the Google account with the calendar you want to use ready to sign in to. If you already connected Gmail, your agents can reuse the same Google sign-in.

Connect Google Calendar

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar.

Click Connect on Google Calendar

Find the Google Calendar card and select Connect.

Sign in with Google

Choose the Google account whose calendar you want to use, then review and approve the access being requested.

Confirm it is connected

You return to Raileon and the card shows Connected.

Disconnect Google Calendar

Open Integrations, find the Google Calendar card, and select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately.
