Reports and activity

Raileon gives you two ways to see what your agents are doing: a live activity feed for the detail, and reports for the bigger picture.

The activity feed

The Activity page is a running log of every action your agents take, such as emails sent, posts scheduled, leads contacted, and reports generated. It is the place to go when you want to know exactly what happened and when.

Use it to:

• Review recent actions and confirm they look right.
• Flag, edit, or undo anything that needs a change.
• Spot patterns in what your agents are working on.

Reports

The Reports page gives you weekly and monthly summaries of performance, so you can see results without reading every line of the activity feed. Reports are a good fit for a Monday review or an end-of-month check-in.

Keeping an eye on usage

The Usage page shows how much of your plan you have used, so there are no surprises. Check it any time you want to understand your current consumption.
