Connect an app

Connecting an app lets your agents work inside the tools you already use. Every connection follows the same short flow, and most take under a minute.

Before you start

  • Make sure you can sign in to the service you want to connect. You will approve the connection on that service's own login screen.
  • Connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage on behalf of your business.

Connect a service

1

Open the Integrations page

In your dashboard, go to Integrations from the left sidebar.

2

Find the app

Each available service has its own card with a short description of what it unlocks.

3

Click Connect

Select Connect on the card. Raileon sends you to that service's secure sign-in and permission screen.

4

Approve access

Sign in if needed, review the access being requested, and approve it. You are taken straight back to Raileon.

5

Confirm it is connected

The card now shows a Connected status. Your agents can start using the service right away.

If a card says Coming soon

Some services are still being built. A card marked Coming soon is not ready to connect yet. Let us know which ones matter most to your business and we will prioritize them.

Disconnect a service

You stay in control of every connection.

1

Open Integrations

Return to the Integrations page.
2

Click Disconnect

On a connected card, select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately and your agents stop using that service.

How your credentials are protected

When you connect a service, Raileon stores access tokens that are encrypted and kept separate per customer. We never see your passwords, and we never see your tokens in plain text. You can revoke access at any time from the Integrations page, or from the other service's own security settings.
