Connect Gmail

Connecting Gmail lets your agents read inbound email and send replies on your behalf. This powers fast lead follow-up, inbox triage, and email-based workflows — and it's available on every plan.

What your agents can do

  • Read inbound email so they can respond to leads and customers.
  • Draft and send replies on your behalf.
  • Use email context to keep your CRM and follow-ups in sync.

Before you start

Raileon connects to Gmail through your own Google OAuth app, so your credentials stay yours — they're encrypted per firm and we never see them. You'll need:

  • Access to the Google Cloud Console to create a free OAuth app (one time, a few minutes).
  • The Google account you want your agents to use.

Connect Gmail

1

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar and select Connect on the Gmail card.

2

Create your Google OAuth app

In the Google Cloud Console, create an OAuth 2.0 client (Web application). Raileon shows you a redirect URI — copy it into your app's "Authorized redirect URIs".

3

Paste your app credentials

Copy your Google app's Client ID and Client secret into Raileon and save. They're encrypted and used only to connect your account.

4

Sign in with Google

Select Connect, choose the Google account you want your agents to use, then review and approve the access being requested.

5

Confirm it is connected

You return to Raileon and the Gmail card shows Connected. Your agents can begin working with email right away.

Disconnect Gmail

To stop access, open Integrations, find the Gmail card, and select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately.

Good to know

You can also review or remove Raileon's access from your Google account's security settings at any time.
