Connecting your tools
Connections let your agents work inside the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, CRM, and scheduling links. Once a tool is connected, your agents can read the data they need and take action on your behalf.
How connections work
You manage connections from the Integrations page in your dashboard. Each service has a card that explains what it unlocks and a button to connect it. When you connect, you approve access on that service's own secure sign-in screen. Nothing happens without your approval.
A card can show one of a few states:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connect | The service is ready to link to your workspace. |
| Connected | The service is linked and your agents can use it. |
| Coming soon | The service is on the way but not ready to connect yet. |
| Disconnect | Shown on a connected service, to revoke access. |
Your data stays protected
Access tokens are encrypted and stored separately for each customer. Raileon never sees your passwords, and never sees your tokens in plain text. You can disconnect any service at any time from the Integrations page.
