Your dashboard is mission control. It is the one place to see everything your agents are doing and to direct their work.
Getting around
Your sidebar links to the main areas of your workspace:
- Dashboard: your landing page, with key numbers and a feed of recent agent activity (add or rearrange cards under Customize).
- Chat: talk to your AI in plain language.
- Projects: keep work grouped by client or matter.
- Agents: each agent, its status, and what it is working on.
- Knowledge Base: upload documents your agents reference.
- Integrations: connect and manage the apps your agents use.
- Billing: your invoices and your AI usage for the month.
- Settings: your organization, team, and preferences.
- Requests: ask your Raileon team for anything, such as website changes, new automations, or questions.
- Customize: colors, cards, and sidebar names.
Your layout can be tailored
The dashboard can be customized, so your sidebar may show a different set of sections depending on how your workspace is set up. The names above cover the most common ones.
