Connect Calendly

Last updated

Connecting Calendly lets your agents look up meetings and share your booking links. This is handy when an agent needs to give a lead a link to book time, or check what is already scheduled.

What your agents can do

  • Look up upcoming meetings on your Calendly links.
  • Share the right booking link with a lead or customer.

Booking and rescheduling still happen on Calendly's own booking page — your agent shares the link, the other person picks the time.

Before you start

Raileon connects to Calendly through your own Calendly OAuth app, so your credentials stay yours. You'll need:

  • Access to Calendly's developer portal to create a free OAuth app (one time, a few minutes).
  • The Calendly account you want your agents to use.

Connect Calendly

1

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar and select Connect on the Calendly card.

2

Create your own Calendly OAuth app

In Calendly's developer portal, create an OAuth application. Raileon shows you a redirect URI — copy it into your app's settings.

3

Paste your app credentials

Copy your Calendly app's Client ID and Client secret into Raileon and save.

4

Sign in to Calendly and approve

Sign in to your Calendly account, review the access requested, and approve it.

5

Confirm it is connected

You return to Raileon and the Calendly card shows Connected.

Disconnect Calendly

Open Integrations, find the Calendly card, and select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately.
