Using assistant chat
Assistant chat is where you talk to your AI in plain language. There is no special syntax to learn. Ask for what you want the way you would tell a capable teammate.
What you can do
- Give instructions: "Follow up with the leads from yesterday's webinar."
- Ask questions: "How many meetings are booked for next week?"
- Request updates: "Summarize what the sales agent did today."
- Provide context: share a preference or an example, and your agents remember it.
Your conversations
Conversations persist across sessions, so closing the tab does not lose your context. The sidebar lists your recent conversations — click any one to pick up where you left off, or start a fresh one with New.
Your AI answers questions about your workspace specifically, like "What agents do I have?" or "Has my onboarding finished?". If a conversation starts drifting or the answers seem off, archive it and start a new one. That clears the context and usually fixes it.
Attaching files
Drag a file onto the message box, or use the paperclip. Your AI reads the attachment and uses it in its reply.
- Images and documents are both supported.
- Keep each file under 5 MB.
- Up to six attachments per message.
Tips for clear requests
- Be specific about the outcome you want and any deadline.
- Mention the audience or tone when it matters, such as "keep it formal."
- If a result is not quite right, say what to change. Your agents learn from the correction.
Chat is also how you steer
Use chat to adjust course at any time. You can ask an agent to pause a task, change an approach, or focus on something more urgent.
