Connect Slack
Connecting Slack lets your agents post messages, read mentions, and respond in your workspace. Use it for alerts, daily briefings, and team updates without leaving Slack.
What your agents can do
- Post messages and updates to the channels you choose.
- Read mentions so they can pick up requests directed at them.
- Respond in Slack to keep your team in the loop.
Before you start
- Have access to the Slack workspace you want to connect.
- If your workspace restricts app installs, you may need an administrator to approve the connection.
Connect Slack

Open Integrations
In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar.

Click Connect on Slack
Find the Slack card and select Connect.

Choose your workspace and approve
Pick the Slack workspace to connect, review the access requested, and approve it.

Confirm it is connected
You return to Raileon and the Slack card shows Connected.
Disconnect Slack
Open Integrations, find the Slack card, and select Disconnect. You can also remove the app from your Slack workspace settings.
