Connect your email and calendar

Last updated

Once your workspace is live, connecting email and calendar lets your agents triage inbound messages, draft replies, and manage scheduling on your behalf.

Your Raileon team connects these with you on your setup call. If you'd rather do it yourself first, follow the Connect Gmail guide. It has a one-time step in Google Cloud where you create the app Raileon connects through.

1

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar.

2

Connect your email (Gmail or Outlook)

Select Connect on the Gmail card. For Gmail, see the Connect Gmail guide for the full walkthrough. If you use Outlook, ask your Raileon team to set it up with you (see the note below).

3

Connect your calendar

Select Connect on the Google Calendar card so your agents can read and manage your schedule. For Outlook Calendar, ask your Raileon team. See the Google Calendar guide.

4

Confirm they show Connected

Return to Integrations and confirm the cards say Connected.

Outlook needs an app first

Outlook, Xero and Clio each need an app created in the provider's developer portal first. Ask your Raileon team to do this with you on your setup call.

Good to know

You can do this once your workspace is live. It isn't needed before then.
