What your agents do

An AI agent is a program that carries out tasks on your behalf without you needing to be involved in each step. Each agent specializes in one area of your business.

Types of agents

  • Marketing agent: creates and schedules social posts, drafts content and email campaigns, watches engagement, and adjusts based on what performs.
  • Sales agent: follows up with new leads within minutes, sends personalized outreach, qualifies prospects, books meetings, and keeps your CRM up to date.
  • Operations agent: builds reports, processes data, tracks invoices, manages reminders, and handles repetitive admin work.
  • Support agent: answers common customer questions, resolves routine tickets, collects feedback, and escalates anything that needs a person.
  • Personal assistant: manages your calendar, triages your inbox, sends reminders, drafts messages, and gives you a daily briefing.

You get what you need

Which agents you have depends on your business and your answers during onboarding. Not everyone needs every agent.

How agents do their work

Agents use the documents you share and the tools you connect. For example, a sales agent that is connected to your email and CRM can follow up with a lead, log the conversation, and book a meeting, all on its own. The more context and connections you give an agent, the more it can take off your plate.
