Reviewing agent work

Agents are powerful, but they are not perfect, especially in the first week. You stay in control, and there are several ways to make sure their work meets your standards.

Choose your comfort level

During onboarding you decide how much your agents do on their own.

  • Review before it sends: agents queue actions such as emails or posts for your approval before anything goes out.
  • Run autonomously: agents act on their own, and you review what they did afterward in the activity log.

You can change this preference at any time.

Make corrections

Every action your agent takes is logged in your dashboard. If something does not look right, you can flag it, edit it, or undo it. Your agents learn from corrections, so when you edit a draft, the agent remembers your preference next time.

Built-in guardrails

Agents follow safety rules by default. They will not send anything that breaks your brand guidelines, they will not contact people on your do-not- contact list, and they flag anything unusual for your review instead of acting on it.
